Slight disagreement with the translation in the last panel. "Are you a little dumb?" would feel closer, to me, but even then it feels somewhat off. Oh well. "Aren't you" feels definitely wrong to me, though.

Nah, there's plenty enough stylistic similarity that it's the original.

Touhou - Tag Dream (dei shirou) and Chibi-Miku artist's have both improved immsensely if you compare their begining pages to the current pages. Then again, Minami has shown with his original work that he can draw more detailed non chibi characters.

Maybe it's meant more as a rhetorical question, like "What are you, stupid?". And yes, a literal translation would be "Are you a little dumb?".

The "little" is often said in an exaggerated manner, especially by children, to mean exactly the opposite, i.e. "very" or similar.

E.g. "Vähän siistiä!"="Really cool!"

In this case Eirin is indeed saying something like "Are you guys stupid or something?".
