    Yes, it is. It kind of looks like an imperial moth, but I'm not 100% sure.

    It's a luna moth. To be species specific, it's Japanese Luna Moth.

    The tails are a dead giveaway, although the length varies from place to place, but the key identification is the moonlike 'eye' pattern on the wings as well as the brown lines on wings.
