Loud sleeper.

Do they actually sleep in separate rooms? The room seems to be only for Kogasa from how I see it

They're seem to be a problem there... separate beds or rooms.

If Kogasa's that loud of a sleeper that might be why they sleep separately despite being married.

Well, in the "Olden" days couples did sleep in seperate beds. But they still slept in the same room for the most part.
