I find it rather amusing that she's using reverse prestidigitation, almost like she's just showing off.
A normal magician draws your attention away from the hand actually doing the trick.
Sakuya actually emphasizes the hand doing the trick, either moving it a little before or pointing at it with the other, almost like saying "Sure, feel free to stare, you still will never be able to perform this trick."
