I live relatively close to a couple Fry's stores, and I can tell you it holds everything a tech geek can dream of. It's easy to spend hours wandering around in there.

Reminds me of the time I bought a kodak printer/scanner from staples and walked home. My mother was horrified at what I did.

Remove the item from the box and ditch the packing material. I've seen a box that added 4 inches on ALL sides for an 21 inch LCD monitor.

Fun fact. The box is significantly bigger than the TV, not just because of packaging but I think its all TVs 50inch and above, as well as some brands in general, have their bases already attached which makes it even bigger to fit the large base

Depending on the Base/Stand, you can honestly knock off like 5-6 inches off the TV making it easier to get in the house.

As an American, I'm proud of our strong, busty, blonde women. >=)

It's a little confusing. There's "Fry's" the grocery store. Then there's "Fry's Electronics" the electronics store.

That box is not that much of an exaggeration you should have seen the one my 72" DLP came in.

Well Americans, in general, have a pick up truck that can be used to conviently carry large things. Japanese people on the other hand, don't really use pickups, most don't even own a car since public transportation is ftw.

That said, it's my favorite electronics store. You can find almost ANYTHING.

Actually most of us mainly use our standard issue pick up trucks to carry our 20 guns when we go hunting or move our 500 pound morbidly obese relatives around.

This whole America arc reminds me of the author of Futaba Change and his experience with America.

Indeed, I live There too, it can go for weeks at 100+, and then the humidity makes it feel like a large swamp.
