Lol I am thinking this guy was here in CA just last week for sure, because I went to LA also around the same time as this is happening. So either this is some kinda coincidental thing or he really did bring his little cloud storm from Japan to the US lol.

Wow did the exact same thing, the group was cold and it was raining so we went to the backdraft ride/show and didn't really want to come out ._.

She made it rain on purpose earlier in the comic, so she's a convenient scapegoat for this downpour.

Why isn't Kogasa sharing her umbrella with her wife? ;_;

now that I think about it, both times I've been to Universal Studios it was raining most of the day, and we used Backdraft the same way...

Alas, apparently Backdraft finally closed back in April 2010.

If anyone needed proof that these comics were written close to a year after the trip, I'd think that'd settle it.

Actually, it was about 10 years ago. I finally went back and checked, and he says it in the info section of the first post of the storyline.

Oh wow. That's incredible.

Though that would explain a number of other things, such as the VHS on the plane, the BttF ride, etc.
