I don't think Patchy is riding a satyr. That looks more like a Devil/Satanic reference.

I love how no one notices that Flandre is absolutely frightening in her display here. The horse she's riding on looks like it could be the steed of the 4th horseman of the apocalypse, and Flandre is the horseman.

Yeah, everyone else is staring at something or someone else in the picture, but Flan is staring right at the viewer. I wonder if she's been taking lesson from Yukari on how to break the 4th wall?
