I took this from a photo of two women sparring on the USA Taekwondo Website. I actually changed a few angles (head position). I decided to make it a a vector style... but with a predominantly "illustrated" look. Done with Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7, Adobe Photoshop CS2, and Adobe Illustrator CS2.

(And no - the red and blue are not gradients - but very THIN lines.)
