Why time paradox? For the Ran-lookalike on top of the right house? There’s another one next to the left house, so I’d say they’re just some other foxes.

Also one in the bushes near Chen's face. The time paradox tag is because this is a "chronologically impossible scenario" - Yukari could have been at any of those places, but not (normally) at the same instant.

And I am assuming that it is Yukari... She has those ribbons on her hat which could be mistaken for Ran's ears, and she seems more likely than Ran to be practicing her clone jutsu.

It is possible this scene isn't a time paradox.

If you think about it, Ran call out for Chen first before she replied back. So when it happens, Yukari stands on the right side.

Usually it tooks 1 ~ 2 seconds to reply someone right? Through this narrow gap of time , Yukari gaps herself to the left side for whatever reason.

The author have just made a practical joke. Because rather timing problem, it should be size problem. When she hides behind the house, her body proportion seems right. But when she hides behind that mountain, doesn't her body seems to be gigantic in comparison?
