No, it seems like an entire second fusion sword in his right hand. There are distinctly three swords visibly joined in a configuration. The other blades have their handles obstructed once they are slotted together, making any sword they would form impossible to wield without a base blade layered beneath them. Cloud either has two fusion swords or one fusion sword and an extra base blade
his sword configuration is so confusing. cant figure out whether he has two whole Fusion Swords, or holding the combined auxiliary blades in some odd way
