I find it a bit weird for Higan/Komachi to be so close to the "Living" area.

I'm surprised that Human take such a large place to live...

Of course there are a lot of humans in Gensoukyo. If not, then who would provide food -especially rice- for Gensoukyo's inhabitants, humans and youkai alike? That's why they have such a huge rice fields right there.

Hakugyokurou is supposed to be somewhere floating on the sky, not behind Sanzu River.

Still, good map.

Shouldn't the Moriya Shrine a bit higher up on the Youkai Mountain? A bit of misplaced sections here and there, but still good.

Ya, Kourindou should be alot further from the village, as should the Hakurei shrine + Forest. His store is supposed to be far enough from the village that no one would go there.

This is a great map, even if some of the spots are a bit off from where I would have thought they would be.

Since it's not intended to be 1:1 scale, I don't mind the distance stuff. Just things like the Moriya Shrine or Palanquin Ship not being where they need to be.

And where is teh giant?

I always thought the front gate to Scarlet Devil Mansion faced Misty Lake...not away from it.

The SDM should be placed on an island in the middle of the lake. EoSD describe it just like that.

Gensokyou is such a confusing place. I wish zun will just give into the fans and draw us a simple map.

Heck it could just a crappy sketch with stick figures and boxes. Just do it Zun, just do it.
