Awesome cannon but where's your sword?

before he had a sword, he used an arm cannon. it was more powerful than X's too IIRC.

As a technically, the boxy shoulders mean that he died and was rebuilt already, so he should also have his Beam Saber that came with the upgrade. Could be it got knocked out of his hand and he's about to make someone pay for that.

thought about the shoulders, wasn't sure but he DID have them when he got the saver.

Anyhoo, the design looks more closely to the one he had in X5

let's come to an agreement: Zero doesn't need his buster or his saber to slaughter mavericks. he's just that awesome! (Seriously X8 he does melee attacks... just awesome)

Still his buster sucks in the later games. I think it was like a single shot (not counting the lasers of death that came from hitting the ground mind you)

agreed... in X3 it slaughtered anything in it's path. x5 it did pretty decent damage, X6 it lost everything. pointless attack... he still rules though.

And then in MvC3 it's suddenly back with a charged shot and the ability to be really cool.

i did not expect this artist to draw zero. shocker. but good anyways :3

Incorrect in X6 it was dependant on the distance of your enemy.

far range yes tottaly useless, you could'nt even off a nightmare drone with it.

if you use it mid or close range
you can pretty much murder any non heavy armor enemy
