Based on the Pixiv comments, I think it's just キチガイ ("nuts/insane", one of the few Japanese 'words you can't say on TV'), so it's not really missing anything. Of more humor value (if less relevance) is one of the Pixiv tags, "いや、ヘーベルハウス でしょう".
