Hm, you're right, pixiv does label it with the title "Missing: Izayoi Sakuya" (失踪人十六夜咲夜), but it also clearly follows the end of the previous series. Could work either way...

I'm inclined to think the untranslated piece is "where has she gone?" or "where might she be?"
