Just like how Wikipedia allows no original research , Danbooru doesn't allow uploading your own art. You can look up the reasons for this by searching for "Uploading One's Own Art is Sacrilege" in howto:upload. You can upload your art on DeviantArt or Pixiv. If it is good enough, someone else will upload it for you from there.
