Good job for your first post, only next time directly paste the link on the upload page. It'll fetch the image and source automatically, you won't have to download it.

I did paste the link. What I did is I clicked on the tweet, copied the URL, and pasted it in the URL bar. Should I have done smth different when copying/uploading the link?

The link was the URL for the image, make sure it's for the tweet itself. The bad_link tag gets added automatically if you don't do this, you can check the wiki for more info
