That said, if it IS a retranslation from scratch, putting the notes on the Japanese text would probably make that clearer.
Not entirely from scratch, as the initial Engrish did serve as a bit of a guide, but in either case, re-translations in this pool have generally been placed over Chamupei's own translations rather than his original Japanese. Just seemed more appropriate, somehow, I guess.
Edit: Never mind, I remembered it completely the wrong way around, it seems. I'd still prefer that my use of the official English title for the game had been preserved, though.
