Mizuki-san's Pixiv description facetiously labels this strip as "Hang in There, Chen-chan" Part 2. He also says that part of this strip slightly exaggerates what really happened, but he won't say which part. Commenters' consensus is that he exaggerated the amount of food Chen is holding. :-)
