Freya and Bouquet
This is a fan art of Freya Crescent from Final Fantasy 9.
Freya is rat girl and a dragoon (lancer) in player’s team. She was a very popular character among the kemono/furry fandom at the time. In this picture, I drew a younger version of her receiving a bouquet from her boyfriend.
My art foundation very shaky when I was drawing this picture. I tried to mimic the art styles of a few artists I admired, but I had no idea what I was doing. The mimicking was superficial, as I had zero knowledge of color theory, composition, and anatomy. I don’t think this picture hold up very well today, but it doesn’t look horrible, either. I think I must have put a lot of effort in this. So I decided to keep this one in my gallery.
