The young Waver Velvet once fought side by side with Iskandar, the King of Conquerors, during the Fourth Holy Grail War. Time has passed, and the boy has adopted the name Lord El-Melloi II. Now he takes on numerous magical and mystical cases in the Clock Tower, the mecca of the magecraft world.
