It's pretty hard to walk everywhere when your arms and legs don't bend. Driving is relatively easy (steering, at least. Pedals and sitting down? Not so much).
God I hate Icy roads. I hate people who don't shovel sidewalks before they iced over. And I hate slipping on a brick pathway and spending half an hour in the dark looking for my glasses. Incidently I love wearing double hoodies now due to them preventing my head being cracked opened.
That's probably unexpected to see Yoshika so soon into the comic, although seeing her owning a car is not so surpricing. It's just a running gag related with the position of her arms. :D

It's not like anyone drawn by Zun has elbow and knee joints. Also, her hat is said to suggest that her previous profession was related to driving, not that I know how could she have had a previous profession...
And yes, that was relatively fast - I certainly didn't expect to see a Ten Desires character here so soon. Kogasa, you succeeded.
