Because it's funny. But on a more serious note, soccer is huge in Latin America which is also where a sizable chunk of SNK fans are. Ronaldo tweeted about it and that tweet has more attention on it than any individual trailer for the game could ever get.

That's actually pretty smart. Whenever athletes try voice acting, the results tend to be weird.
