Why is it there are THREE vending machines of cold tea? It reminds me of my college where there´s like 5 Coca-Cola vending machines with anything but Coca-cola (no, not even the diet version). They aparently don´t like replenishing any other drink in the machines.

And now I know Kogasa is a really good quality umbrella, all in one piece after fighting a blizzard! (The fact that they died in the end is but a mere bagatelle...)

We haven't seen all of this story yet. My best bet is that the next part contains Momiji with a barrel, or someone else to rescue them.
...however, this part has no hugging, so my predictions/expectations aren't something to be trusted...
