the spiky sonic is called Extra Life, from the fleetway comics, early on the run of said comics.
as for the black and white sonic, that's from sonic the fighters, when there's a mirror match, eggman will clone the character in question, the clone looks the same just in black and white.

The one with shades is Evil Sonic, and yes he's Scourge before he absorbed the Master Emerald's power and decided to start calling himself that.
