列車の旅に思いを馳せる乗客に、
車掌がはにかんだ笑顔を見せる。

「客人よ、乗り心地は問題ないだろうか。
　必要なものがあれば、遠慮なく言ってくれ」
「ありがとう。この客室は実に素晴らしい。
　旅の間、よろしく頼むよ」

ポーターはその様子を微笑ましく見守っていた。
なぜなら、車掌が今日まで真摯に準備に取り組んでいたことを知っているからだ。

「晴れやかな始まりだ。
　我らの旅路に大いなる幸運を…！」

The conductor flashes a shy smile at the passenger lost in his train ride.

"Thank you. This cabin is simply wonderful. I look forward to your hospitality throughout the trip."

The porter watches the scene with a smile, as he knows that the conductor has been working diligently to prepare for this day.
