『自分より弱い動物を守ること。
　それが強く生まれた動物の役割であり義務である』

強く生まれた訳ではないけれど、
その信念のもと森林保護に励む団長を支えるため、
マスターは入団希望書を提出した。

翌日、人間用の新品の制服が支給された。
他の団員には無い、大きな追加装備と共に。

「あれ、この帽子は？」
「日射しから頭を守るものが必要だろう。
　デザインは私と同じものにしてある。私の補佐なのだ
　から、当然だ」
「なるほど。ペアだからペアルック」
「だだ、断じてそんな理由ではない！　防御力の高さを
　優先したのだ！」

あわてて解説する団長の姿を見て、もっと早く入団すれば良かった、と反省する。
それはまあ、これから挽回するとして―――

「でもこれ、被るの難しいかも」
両手で抱えるほどのサイズの帽子は、さすがに寸法直しが必要だ。

"To protect animals weaker than yourself...that is the duty of those who were born strong."

They may not have been born strong, but Master submitted an application to join the organization to support the group's leader, who as working to protect the forest, in accordance with that mantra. The next day, a new uniform designed for a human was issued, along with some extra equipment no other members had.

"What's this hat?"

"You need to protect your head from the sun. It's the same design as mine. It's only fitting that you wear one, since you're going to be assisting me."

"I see. We need to match to show we're a team."

"That is not why! I only chose it because I wanted to prioritize defense!"

Seeing the leader of the group explaining in a panic, Master regretted not joining the group earlier. Well, they'll make it up for it...

"But it might not fit."

The hat is so large, it needs to be held with both hands. It'll definitely need to be tailored to fit properly.
