Thought so at first from the thumbnail, but apparently, the punch just had enough chi to blow out a hole in Meiling's dress from the other side, without an actual flesh hole.
That looks to be true, but it looks like to me there's the outline of a fist just underneath Meiling's skin... So ExecutorBill's DBZ reference may be appropriate. Either way, OW.
