Context:
In 2024, for the 6th Mario Kart Nijisanji Cup, Shellin Burgundy took over from Kenmochi Touya who had organised it for five years prior (hence the baton pass - that's Kenmochi's bandaged hand).
Shellin then went on to come first place in his own tournament.
