Translated the runes as far as I could. If anyone knows a translation for the "Denpaëhi" part on the scooter please feel free to change it. The aë part can also be an Æ.

I'm impressed that the artist actually put such effort into getting the runes right.

Anyone want to speculate on what John Calvert's/Lord Balimore's/the State Flag of Maryland is doing here? The other flag looks vaguely familiar as well.

Probably the attachment is one-sided. It's on the other side of front wheel.
