    The 4th of May is Ramune day!

    It's set to this day because it's the day in which ramune was created.

    They say that Ramune was the drink that was accidentally born when they tried to re-create lemonade!

    I wasn't able to find any source that said it was an accident.
    Random trivia
    The "biidama" ("bii" ball) name for the marble that's often found in ramune bottles originally came from the distinction between the terms "A-Ball" (a colored glass marble) and "B-Ball" (a colorless glass marble) that was used in the industry and got spread among the general public. From what I've read, the actual reason for marbles being called "biidama" in Japanese is because the Portuguese word for "glass"; "vidro". "Vidro" → "biidoro"; "biidorodama" → "biidama".
