I think it's Arknights. As this might be referencing the official collab announcement video, but maybe this is doing something different than other Sakiko art with horns. In the video the Ave Mujica cast are teased to have different Arknight race themes, and Sakiko looks to be Sarkaz themed as you see a shadow of her with horns. Sarkaz characters in Arknights include demon girls like W and Surtr.

Yeah I know about that collab (I uploaded some fanmade Sarkaz Oblivionis after all), but it doesn't seem to be the case with this artist since they never posted about it in the past, and with the dragon traits I said I wasn't 100% sure since they're quite generic after all, so it's best to left her as a dragon girl and add nothing else.

Yeah that makes sense I think. Looking at other works in the artist's gallery I see they sometimes enjoy drawing a variety of animal characteristics with characters, so this is probably them simply drawing dragon girl Sakiko.
