Hag got (essentially) isekai'd to another parallel reality.
Given that Priestess followed up Kal's assimilation with deleting her core code, plus always referring to her as a broken piece of tech instead of a whole person, I'm thinking that chances of her being in the Assimilated Universe instead of deleted from that as well aren't great.
There's a reason the go-to revival method the story's set out for her is combining her remnant code within Mon3tr with a Precursor Sarcophagus to reconstruct her.
