The bottom left character does appear to be Kogure Kiminobu from Slam Dunk, as the artist tagged on Pixiv. I am not aware of any connection at all between World Trigger and Slam Dunk, so I guess I'll chalk it up to the artist wanting to draw another boy in glasses ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
