You mean Gensokyou.org doesnt have it? That'll be a first.
It's not because it's official, but because it's from a commercial magazine. There was never a hard ruling or ban, but a decision that we should stop after 1. We tolerated 2 because it was mostly uploaded before any warning and Chinese 3 for whatever reason. 4 was seemingly deleted because the Japanese version would've replaced it eventually, regardless of whether or not it should've been reuploaded.
Gensokyo.org does have it. Not yet translated, of course. It wouldn't surprise me if this version made its way from there, since they were the first to upload 3 and 4 anywhere, as far as I know.

It is actually translated (I should know); it's just not scanlated yet so as to avoid releasing them out of order.
And 3 has Japanese raws on Voile now, so it will be translated in a few hours or so. possibly longer if people persist in being WRONG on the INTERNET rraaaagh
So basically we have to wait for the scans, and hope that they are translated? Or do we have to translate them ourselves?
