So far all of the recent graduations look like they had their rebirth fully prepared with no contractual obligations getting in the way. I don't know how people can still be perpetuating the narrative that their ex-agency has something going on in the background to drive them out.

Remember, the 5 stages of grief starts with denial, followed by anger, then shifting blame, then sadness/depression and then acceptance. Mosg people never get past the shifting blame stage.
