A new type of Digimon discovered in a bamboo grove that suddenly appeared on the Emerald Coast during the Digimon Liberator beta testing period. It has always had a peculiar way of speaking, which might be either old-fashioned or modern—it's hard to say. Although Hanimon comes off as arrogant, it's actually compassionate with a kind heart, and completely trusts its partner, Mirai. According to Mirai, Hanimon is like a "fiercely protective mom."
