You might in fact not be aware of this, but /b/ and /co/ are NOT our standards of conduct, and what they do has absolutely no bearing on what we deem appropriate. If you're tired of /b/ memes, there's a simple solution: stop visiting /b/.

This is great fanart for a very good series (think of it as the Western equivalent of Sailor Moon's runaway popularity), and I sure as hell am not going to gauge is or isn't allowed to stay by whether somebody dislikes it as a 4chan meme.

How different exactly is this from other animalization drawings? Though I'm not a fan of this pony meme, I've nothing against it either and sometimes enjoy creative animalization of characters.

I'm not especially fond of the show myself (just watched every episode twice), but I like when two fanbases are meeting for the greater good.

Except that instead of being a centaur, she would end up being a centaur youkai and be generally human-ish in appearance (with the possible exception of having a tail), complete with a punny and/or meaningful name, a backstory at least three paragraphs long and a canonical relationship with at least one of the other cast members.

Then the internet would go full-circle and make a pony out of that new Touhou girl.
