Might have to put the spoilers tag since the lastest chapter of Volume 5 reveals Kokuriko is the Kadenokouji Miko that disappeared 20 years ago and Yukari's predecessor (and possibly her aunt or mother). Furthermore, she's also a former member of the Hyakkaryouran just like Yukari.
