The Last Cavalry of KivotosTrinity General School is still the only academy in Kivotos that still teaches horseback riding and swordsmanship to many of its students as part of their cultural refinement and tradition. In addition, it is the only school that still maintains and operates a cavalry unit.The Trinity Cavalry Corps exists as a real, projectable military force and not just one meant for ceremonial purposes. It's for this reason that Trinity's armored divisions (represented by Crusader-chan) are outdated compared to neighboring academies and especially Gehenna.Trinity-style SwordsmanshipTrying to cut down students with a blade is not particularly effective in Kivotos, so students wield straight-bladed sabers that are built for stabbing weakpoints such as eyes.The Twilight Era and EvolutionTrinity cavalry units in the past used to wield lances meant for shock charges and countering hostile academy cavalry units. Special spear-equipped cavalry units existed as well, but both such units disappeared from Kivotos as their lances and spears were deemed too large and cumbersome, and effectiveness limited. Their final documented appearance was during the war against Arius Satellite School, where they successfully banished the heretical and rebellious academy with one final, decisive charge before they and their lances faded into history alongside the Arius students they had trampled, as if they wished to bury such a tragedy from history.As a firearm-equipped cavalry corps, they utilize the standard Justice Task Force rifle which is lightweight and suitable for rapid firing. Qualities heavily desired for modern mounted combat.
