Interesting. That's a R56 Mini Cooper. Might even be a "Justa" as the base trimmed Cooper is called in the UK and maybe throughout Europe. Basing this on the grille design. Also, it just occurred to me there is nothing between the front wheels as you can see clear through to the other side between the front wheel spokes.
