Despite its other associations, "Sutcha-sutcha" is just an onomatopoeia suggesting something wet and somewhat sticky. Yes, that strongly implies "X-rated", but it's not necessarily so. For instance, you could use that noise to represent someone working a butter churn or tamping down algae. In this case, it's probably soft tissue damage in progress.

Am I the only person who is starting to draw parallels between Sanae-wife and Garterbelt from Panty and Stocking? The both use "holy items" it's just that their intended use differs ie. Gaterbelt's is for masochism, while Sanae's is for sadism.
