Also Star Hospital? That family owns an entire freaking Hospital? Or was it named after a famous Star Family member? Also that means Star Nun's canonical family and LAST name is Star.
I assume it's just due to wanting better framing of the image, but in post #9315900 this was clearly just a single door, while here it looks to almost be a double door. If you look at both images at the same time, it makes the young version of Strict look a bit comical because it makes her look like she's only barely shorter than she is now, but with a massive head.
