Mizuchi was forced to wear a new shrine maiden costume
I want to see Mizuchi put on the shrine maiden costume again! Let's become a vengeful spirit shrine maiden! I drew it with that in mind.
Maybe it's a plot like "being forced to wear the armpit-revealing shrine maiden costume to apologize"?
