Ah, the Quilt OST cover. If only I could find myself a copy of the Kao No Nai Tsuki OST . . .

I did find a piano score for the main piano theme of Kao No Nai Tsuki, and played it once in a piano recital. Got a few cheers, even though no one knew where it was from.
