On the pixiv, milf Utsuho is tagged as "良妻空母 (Ryousai Kuubo)." It's a wordplay joke with "ryousai kenbo" (lit. "dutiful wife and devoted mother") and "kuubo" (lit. aircraft carrier.) The pixpedia article(JP) is here.
