Reimu does not have black elements except for hair. This can only make some sense if the center is the hair ribbon and the sides are her braids. It's still far from being a good fit, for a number of reasons: *the braid should not be horizontal to the head *braid too wide (occupying a large area by percentage) *ribbon color scheme do not match or out of proportions with most common artistic depictions (that too wide white band and the narrow outer band) *absence of hair in the center of head
P.S. As I finished typing, I found another way of looking at it: from the bottom. If her arms are presumed to be hidden from view, the black parts are still her braids, and the center is the underside of her skirt. Here again it gets stretchy, you have to see the it as skirt with white border, shoes with white soles, and red panties.
