Not actually immortality, but his half-youkai parentage did benefit him by being immune to any kind of diseases that both youkai and humans have. He's immune to human diseases affecting physical state because of his youkai blood. And he's immune to youkai diseases affecting their mental state because of his human blood. Youkai can't get human diseases like humans can't get youkai diseases. This was explained by Rinnosuke in CoLA where Reimu, Marisa and the human village had an epidemic of the common cold due to a Curse God.

Despite all that, usually I hate these type of long life art, this one did make me smile.

Wonder if we have Junda's spiritual successor in the making, here--the subject and the art-style (somewhat) of this comic is very reminiscent of his.

No, he does NOT age progress normally. In fact, Marisa can't recall anything about him... including his appearance... changing in the entire time she's known him, which is practically her whole life.
Curiosities of Lotus Asia also does hint that he may have been around before the Hakurei Border was set up, possibly young at the time. That puts him at a good spot over a century in age. So this should really be making us wonder how long a TENGU lives...

Aya's quite old. She's at least 1000 years old...
