Maybe it's a reference to earlier in the comic when Wriggle made a really bad drawing of Yuuka

The Pixiv description lists the dog as "Anubis (M), age 4".

That's one QUALITY dog.

How a poorly drawn image like that can be so creepy? It gives me some bad feelings.

Actually, Anubis is the greek name for an Egyptian god associated with mummification and the afterlife, and quite possibly other stuff tied to Death. Anubis is basicly part jackal and part man/person in appearence.

Yuuka is effectivly staring Death in the face, it's staring back, and it looks creepy, she has every right to be nervous.

余 could be read as よ, as a pronoun similar to I/me, but a lot more arrogant.
