huh, that's interesting. is there any merit behind this belief? or is it just a case of "milk comes from breasts/cow utters, so it must make them bigger"? (i'm actually pretty curious now as to what lead to people thinking this.)
I've seen the whole milk guzzling thing more associated with chibi's wanting to be taller than wanting bigger breasts(not to say I don't see that either).
Milk usually contains fat. Breasts are made of fat. So depending on genetics/luck/wathever the hell decides where your excess body fat goes, it can help you increase the size of your breasts.
At least that might be the idea behind the milk makes your breasts grow...
