First time I saw Hiragana with katakana style hyphen thingies. Seems simple enough but from the translation its some deep cultutral expression or slang?
Apparently it's the name of a wrestling move, but then again, what isn't. I suspect the original translation was trying to piece together a sentence from this: ぶれ (n) camera shake, picture blur 一 (num,pref) (1) one くろ (n) (1) black, (2) dark
